How do you play Date Night Bingo?
Date Night Bingo is a card played during an actual date rather than at a table. Partners tick squares as things happen — deciding where to go took ten minutes, someone said "we should do this more often" — with five in a row making a line and a full card winning.
How to play
- Open the card when the date starts.
- Tick things off as they happen. No forcing them.
- Whoever notices a square first gets to tick it.
- Five in a row is a line. Announce it obnoxiously.
- Full card means the next date is planned by the other person.
Why couples love this game
It makes an ordinary evening slightly self-aware, in a good way. You end up noticing the small repeating things you both do — the ten minutes of deciding, the "you pick" — and noticing them together is funnier than either of you finding them irritating separately.
Unlike Love Bingo, this one is not played at a table — it runs in the background of an actual date. You open it when you leave the house and tick things off as they happen.
