How do you play Strip Quiz?
Strip Quiz replaces the usual luck-based mechanic with knowledge: one partner asks a question about themselves, the other guesses out loud, and a wrong answer costs an item of clothing. Players swap every question, agree a floor in advance, and either person can stop the game for both.
How to play
- Agree the floor before you start — the point at which nothing else comes off.
- One of you asks and holds the answer. The other guesses out loud.
- Correct, nothing happens. Wrong, one item comes off.
- Swap every question so it stays even.
- Either of you can stop at any point, and stopping ends the game for both.
Why couples love this game
It is the only strip game with actual skill in it. Every other version is a dice roll wearing a theme; here the person who knows their partner better genuinely wins, and the rounds where somebody confidently gets a basic fact wrong are much funnier than any random outcome.
Strip games usually rely on luck — cards, dice, a spinner — which means nobody is actually playing anything. This one runs on knowledge, so the person who has been paying attention keeps their jumper.
The questions are about each other. Guess right and you are safe; guess wrong and something comes off. Because the answers are knowable, it rewards attention rather than chance, and losing badly is genuinely a bit humbling.
